All orders placed before 2:00pm AEST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

*Some remote/regional areas may incur extra shipping fees with heavier items. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.

RETURNS

As our products are heavy, we strongly recommend you read the product descriptions and make an informed decision prior to purchasing the specific weight. We will also try to help where we can however we do not guarantee all return or exchange requests will be accepted.

WARRANTY

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged, ATB staff will work with you to resolve the issue. All ATB products are covered by a 1 year warranty for if found faulty.
